Initial Setup

From your dashboard:
  1. Click “Create New Agent”
  2. Give your agent a name
  3. Give your agent some initial instructions
  4. Click “Create Agent”

Configure Your Agent

  1. Define your agent’s personality and tone
  2. Add your business’s key information
  3. Set up specific instructions for handling common scenarios
  4. Configure business hours and availability

Connect a phone number

Get your agent ready to take calls:
  1. We’ll provide you with a testing number to start
  2. You can also connect your own phone number to your agent

Test and Go Live

Test your agent

Before going live:
  1. Call your number and try out different conversation scenarios
  2. Review call recordings and transcripts
  3. Adjust agent settings as needed

Launch your agent

Ready to go live?
  1. Review and finalize your agent’s configuration
  2. Set up a production phone number
  3. Monitor your first few calls
  4. Configure any needed adjustments
